Small Grog is like sand. It is very fine, and adds smaller specks to the clay. It can easily be smoothed and refined. Can be used in hand building and wheel throwing.

The Flecks + Specks owners are both ceramic artists who work with porcelain and love bright colors. Frustrated by the "sand" color of manufactured grogs, they developed a recipe that allows for bright grog colors in all ceramic firing temperatures.
